2024 Alaska Housing and Homelessness Virtual Advocacy Day

What is Advocacy Day?
The 2024 Alaska Housing and Homelessness Virtual Advocacy Day will be a one-day virtual event convening agencies and advocates from communities across the state to share the positive impacts of existing housing and service programs as well as share with elected officials the specific needs in their region. This annual event is hosted by the Alaska Coalition on Housing and Homelessness and the Anchorage Coalition to End Homelessness.
In addition to advocacy efforts, attendees will hear from coalition staff on the status of housing and homelessness across Alaska, receive updates on the Housing Alaskans: A Public-Private Partnership (HAPPP), and learn about how the state budgeting process may impact housing programs in Alaska.
